So, here we are in the so very chic south of France where yesterday we had torrential downpours all EFFIN DAY! Two of the boys went to the gym and got their money's worth doing an ab, stability circuit while the others placed bets in a card tournament.

Today was sprint training! Good stuff, race style....a very good dress rehearsal for what's to come. Tomorrow a group of 8 are leaving for a race in Italy on Saturday, and another group is arriving for Haut Var. I'll be with that group plus a few recuping from injury all next week - more to come!
