Last night as I looked over the faces who were fresh out of Tour of the Mediterranean and I could see there were a few tired bodies but nothing too dramatic. Their bodies are more tired of cold weather at this point than anything else.

Today's plan was for a 3-4 hour active recuperation ride so that's exactly what we did....a surprisingly warm (5 degrees) and sunny day to be followed by a 6 hour ride with 4 big climbs tomorrow.

We have a good group here, most of whom are prepping for the early season classics, some of whom are training into form after injury and illness. I'll try and get some photos, though I managed to explode the screen on my iPhone so we'll see how that goes!
