"My" cross bike is equipped with a nice set of paul brakes but I am not really sure how to adjust them properly. I don't want to have to pull the brake levers too far but I have to keep the brakes far enough from the wheel so I can get the "?" to release when I need to take my wheels off. Any ideas?
