Between 174 and 171 Km they showed the Garmin rider in the break from the front with his junk out getting set to pee. Full noodle frontery. My Big screen TV give the situation too much screen space. Oh what has been seen cannot be unseen.

this is where i tell you that my introduction to pro cycling as a wee kid was seeing the Amstel Gold peleton take a collective piss in the ditch near our village.

Somehow, that seems appropriate for Amstel Gold...and is certainly a fine example of the peloton - uh - 'working together'

25 years of officiating I have seen a lot of "natural" breaks and generally you see what they are doing but not the plumbing fittings if you appreciate the difference. This was a full frontal shot of a rider whipping it out. You could tell if he was circumcised. Not just once but twice. another rider managed to keep his out of the shot or more accurately the cameraman probably caught the event and tried to reposition the bike to change the angles. I am sure this was because they were the breakaway and not enough riders to shield from the camera like we usually get in the larger peloton where the guys pee at the back.

The age old question. I have pondered it many times.

Actually, I get amused bu our squeamishness about bodily functions. That is one that all do, what, every 5 hours on average for a lifetime. But accidental film footage of such is a huge problem? Every man on the planet has seen this. So has every mom and every older sister with male siblings.

In N Am the police often get complaints and I have heard of arrests. I was told of a junior project in Venezuela where a rider took his shirt off at the end of a stage. He got very close to getting shot or arrested. Seems that a bare male chest was only appropriate at the beach. Even in Europe context makes the difference. As for this thread I am just having fun,
