No, not the TdF app that they cahrge you $15 for. The regular NBC Sports Llive app has the tour on live, for free (if you have one of the partner cable providers...i.e. Comcast, etc).

HD picture quality (but still have to suffer through Phil & Paul) []

The app lets me play the stage all the way thru start to finish or start at any point in time anytime I want to sit down and watch. Also can replay any stage at anytime.

I figure $15 is the cost of a movie now a days and I'll like this more. So far so good.

I open the app on my ipad use the Apple TV to stream it to the big screen and sit my ass down on the couch. Just finished watching the end of stage 3.
