I have to agree with him, the feet on the barriers sticking out into the road always look like they would be nothing but trouble.

You would think you could use recycled materials (plastic) to make a safe cost effective barrier.

In 1994 part of Victoria's commitment to a safe race for the Commonwealth games was no foot barriers. 20 years ago. They are still around so it shows how long thee things stick around.

Well, to be fair, the rider at the front took a horrible line.....the barriers just made the inevitable result a bit worse. That team was going down anyway.

But as usual, Uncle Phil gets it wrong....."a touch of wheels....it had to be a touch of wheels, you can't blame the road for that one." Yeah, a touch of wheels causes a bike to pinwheel across the road. Idiot.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!
