Well FWIW, Better Call Saul is great, and no need to know anything about breaking bad to enjoy it.

Well....you probably won't fully appreciate who opens the door at the end of episode 1, but yeah, prior viewing of BB is not critical.
Not 100% on board with Saul just yet, though....good, but not hooked yet. |

| Well, maybe I should capitulate. I'm weirdly squeamish about stylized violence. I hated Pulp Fiction, so didn't think Breaking Bad would be my thing. But then again, a comedian playing a sleazy lawyer...definitely has potential. |

Oh yeah...it has always been billed as a "prequel"....well, other than the opening scene in the first episode.
