Anyone going to the worlds? Sadly, I cannot go as I am coaching mini me in football. That said who are your picks? I think this is the year Valverde breaks through. Nibali may surprise as well. I think it is the year for a good climber who can sprint. Ciao!

Take a look at who did well at GP Quebec and Montreal this weekend. A lot of those guys will do well at Worlds. In depth the Belgians looked very strong (Wellens, Gilbert, v Aevermaat etc). If they can sort it amongst themselves who is leader and come up w a tactical plan then a Belgian will take it.
Valverde will be too fatigued I think although I would like to see him win as the best allrounder at moment.

Yes, This would be a very good course for him. The race course does not have a lot of vertical, but there is enough rough surface, short leg breaking climbs in the final few kms of each lap, narrow sections and tight turns that it will be selective. Good course for Sagan and the lighter Paris Roubaix types.
Universal Sports is broadcasting I think every event
I'll be at the courses, got the entire week off. I'll try to post a few pics.

I forgot about Sagan. Hope he is fairing well after the crash.
