Interesting - but what captured my attention is Nairo's physique (OK calm down). When I think of how a top tow or three elite level cyclist has to perform, I am amazed by the fact that Mr. Quintana actually has a little bit of a belly. You can tell me if I'm wrong - but the very first thing I would do with Nairo is tell him to loose the gut. I know he is thin for a "normal" person. But he is not thin for an elite cyclist. OK maybe this is his off-season shape. But if you look at what happened to Froome who's power stayed the same but he lost weight -- and zoomed to the top, I'd say that Quintana would be wise to consider loosing some of the pudge -- he has absolutely no definition anywhere which I find interesting. Would be interested to hear other's thoughts. I've seen shirtless pics of Contador and Pantani (forget about Lance where you could see every muscle and maybe we know why) who also are/were very undefined - but they have no gut, no love handles, nothin. Am i nuts?
