We have all heard the 12 Days of Christmas. Not quite right. It's 12 Wheel sets for Christmas. (I know, you only see 21 wheels. Santa's off on a pair, you can see his tracks, and being Santa, he has a spare wheel with his elves. Santa doesn't pedal, the elves push. His bikes are built with no drive train (keeps those red pants clean) and spaced 100 mm front and rear, so one front wheel for backup is all he needs..

Festivus... it's spelled Festivus.
FWIW, Saturday I raced Festivus Cross in St. Louis. Freaking riot!

Cheers everyone, have a good one whatever your celebrating.
Tomorrow's seasonal ride will involve wind, grey skies and mixed precip. Should be good.

Friggin' tropical monsoon season here on the East Coast. Strange weather.

Festivus is today, Dec 23rd. Ironically, I watched that Seinfeld episode today. Not 'ironically' I guess, as today is Festivus. I spent the better part of the day shining up my aluminum pole.......
