Quality ride by Sagan. Not my favorite rider, but that was a great win. Hope you enjoyed it, OC! Would love to be there one time.

Both rainbow jerseys win. The Worlds course was sort of Ronde lite, so perhaps no surprise. Great racing today.

Great pics, yes! How early did you have to get there to get such a good spot? Looks like Armitstead is the only one with her mouth closed - just cruising along. Wow.

I was waiting for someone to comment on Armitstead. Got there 10:30, didn't like the spectator zone were we got dropped off (tokens for beer and food; expensive) so walked the length of the hill to scout out a spot. Settled on the steepest part w burgers and Kwaremont beer for sale, a private party w a live screen across the road and settled in there around 11:30 before first pass.
