Would have liked to ride the cobbles in rain on Sat sportif but had to return early as father in law passed away. Will need to return next year.

Thanks guys. The loss of a good soul aside I am majorly bummed to miss the Roubaix cyclo and then watch race. Had the form of a lifetime for April, not a pinch of pain on 227km Flanders cyclo and watching that race was spectacular. Double bummed. Instead a good old Italian style funeral w food and drink. As to Roubaix, 4mo of rain training in forecast for next winter "I will be back". There was a death during Flanders cyclo too, heart attack for 53yr old from Ireland on Kwaremont. Oh and watch Boom, he's on hot form but has beem missing luck.

Thanks guys but carry on with the usual P-R spoiler business, this wasn't meant to be a thread hijack.

Boom, Stybar, Cancelarra.

I might root for EQS, they are the underdogs these days.

Sagan and Canc are getting stuck with the bill for the crash-caused field split.
