Flu test was negative, so almost certainly a reaction to the shingles vaccine. Never had any upper respiratory symptoms, so really wasn’t worried that it was COVID19....feeling better today, just tired. Gonna hang low for another day to recover....probably hit the trainer later.

Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Yes very good lsd. In Belgium all races up to but not yet including Flanders have been canned. It will go too shortly. Several major soccer teams in Spain and Italy in self quarantine. Headed to Costa Rica Saturday many fingers crossed.

Also Volta a Cataluyna cancelled. March Madness now cancelled and many states are closing their school systems (MD, OH and PA, et al)

VA, too. 45's utter catastrophe of a speech last night was actually very effective. Even toadie loyalist localities finally realize the administration is run by clueless syncophants and they are on their own.
