Yes China is the laughing third who have been active increasing their leverage across the globe while the other two dogs keep weakening each other. I don’t see Russia or US crawling out of their self dug holes anytime soon.

And no I don’t expect anyone to excuse USs transgressions. It’s just that the feigned Democratic outrage on how Hill got tripped (knowing full well that Bill started this particular fight) and then their laughable failed attempt to make domestic political hay out of this is actively playing into the chaos game that Putin is seeking to create. So in a manner of speak both parties are Putin’s puppets. Meanwhile Trump is changing a whole bunch of facts on the ground that are going to be mightily difficult to reverse. The ground game is where they should have been fighting him tooth and nail, even if unsuccessful.
