I see NBC has PR and LBL this year. Please have a no commercials option!

FLO Cycling has the Flanders Classics plus all UCI-run events (Worlds, CX World Cup, etc) $150 / year

GCN+ has all the RCS events (Giro, Milan-San Remo, Strade Bianche, plus a ton of other races. $50 / year but only $25 through tomorrow (Feb 28)

NBC Gold has the ASO events. $60/ year

When FLO had the Giro and other Italian races, it was worth the money. Not so much now....but you will miss out on Tour of Flanders.

GCN+ is a screaming deal even at $50...at $25 it is ridiculous. They are owned by Eurosport, so that is the feed you get and it is excellent.

I signed up for gcn plus and get “Eurosport is not available in your country”. I must be doing something wrong.

Someone said you need GCN plus a VPN to get around the georestriction?

I just have the VPN which opens up a world of coverage.

I signed up with NordVPN a few years ago, and it's great. Rai Italia carries all the World Tour and other major races (in Italian, which I understand), and ones that they don't broadcast, like Omloop Saturday or KBK today, and races in France, Spain, and other countries, I can stream on their own national networks' sites (Steephill.tv provides the links). I don't speak any other languages but you don't need to be a linguist to follow the action. I watched the world cx championships by connecting to a server in Australia, where the races could be seen on the UCI YouTube channel. You can install the application on a desktop, tablet, or phone. The VPN service is very useful in other situations as well, such as hiding yourself on public networks when traveling.

I've been avoiding the VPN thing for a looong time, but that time may be over. Now that I'm living in Canada, I'm finding lots of weirdness with geo restrictions for odd ball things, not just entertainment.

Still TV free. Streaming is a phenomenon that the local creek does. (Well, my PC has streamed the Times coverage of the impeachment and 1/6 committee hearings. I've gotten a couple of bike races and can get the quick videos of race highlights. Just enough to tempt me into venturing into the real world. But I'm still a reader. Love the CycingNews on-line race reports. Reading of Matthieu vpP bridging to and driving the break, only to fall to the chase from the falling apart peloton? Yeah! (except I wanted vdP to win.)

Now, when I get vaxed, I'm going out and buying Windows 10 (and a computer that can handle it). This will be a punch to the gut with the full weight of the 21st century. (I may be down and out for a while. Pray for me.) Oh, I'm eligible to that leading punch to the shoulder tomorrow (that sets me up for the big one). Let's see how long it takes me to get an appointment. Do I get one punch or two? Home brewed, German or the Bandaid people?  (Edit:  My heart's with the homebrewed - that Dolly Parton had a hand in.)

The Canuckistan version of Netflix is watered down for instance. Sporza coverage was excellent again today to capture MVDPs training ride. The Belgians pretty much stream all the races. For the few they miss Rai is a good alternative. Good luck w entering 21st century Ben.

Not all races listed are available in the US.

But GCN totally screwed up KBK today....some technical issue and they didn’t get the feeds up until abiut 25k to go.

I had already given up and was just hoping there was a full replay later, which there was. And thank god for that because it was an awesome race...one of the best I have seen in awhile.

OC, I watched the race today on Sporza. Ben, I was delighted that Mads Pedersen won, because... Pedersen is my last name...and I met Mads before he was the world champ, and got his autograph. A cute kid.

I use a Hotspot Shield VPN and Tiz Cycling to get coverage of most races. Both races this weekend came through with no issues.

I gave up on Tiz because of losing connections at the end of races, poor feeds and the constant threat of viruses. For $25, the GCN+ subscription was a no-brainer.

When I re-upped my subscription to FLO, it was last fall and that was the best way to watch the Giro and other races. I also assumed that they would have those same races this year, so $150, while expensive, seemed worth it. Now it seems pretty overpriced, but whatever...I have dropped $150 on dumber stuff related to cycling.

Thanks OC, I'll check out Belgium. I got VPN yesterday. Yes, the Canadian Netflix is puny. I should check some Spanish language stuff, maybe improve mi espanol.

The camel back breaking straw was trying to download old tax returns from TurboTax, and I kept getting shunted to the .ca version. LOL.

Strade Bianche is this Saturday....coverage in the US is through GCN+.

Initial weather report is rain....should make for a brutal race.

Rain will do a number on the equipment and will make for a hard slog more than a technical race. Good luck with the GCN coverage.

Nick, yes the international section is very good. Been watching a lot of spanish/south american movies although it hasn't helped with language as well a various European. Bollywood has really advanced on movie quality. Nollywood is also quite good.
