Now really?  The Q-S team car taking out the World Champion trying to move up to follow the break.  And oh, that world champion happens to be their team leader.

Team needed an angel today.  And that angel's job would have been simple.  Just break the timing belt.  No team car would have been far better than what the world (and World Champion) saw.

Unbelievably stupid move by the team car to try and squeeze through at that moment.....

Brilliant win by Magnus Sheffield though....no doubt he benefited by team tactics, but he rode strong all race and is clearly a rider to watch moving forward. ONly 19 YO.....SMH.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Yes it is certainly not Q-S's year. What a croc.

Evenepoel riding like a jojo (as Sporza put it). Piling on pressure, then getting distanced when it matters due to poor placement, returning to front, attacking but running out of juice. But at least he is great at descending now, massive steps on that front, he can now actually pressure others on downhills. The next set of lessons will have to be race tactics. He may also benefit from some time on the track as Ben put it; without a sprint he has limited options to play for the win.

Ineos again playing numbers game perfectly, just like they did at Amstel. Pidcock still not looking his best though. That bout of Corona (I think that's what it was) set him back big time.

Cycling News mentioned COVID for Pidcock, then sickness more recently. That Pidcock has wondered if the virus is still in his system.
