I'd say there is still some truth to that. The difference is that they let the big engine of the team ride, unfettered by Wiggins. Porte is another strong rider. But a few times we saw Froome isolated and very vulnerable except that her could take care of himself. Saxo and Moviestar succeeded in shelling Fromme's teammates in key places quite well. We saw none of that last year.
