It's why they race, right?
Wins from this season from inner ring: No wonder Oleg jumped off the Saxo ship.

Sponsorship is about exposure and awareness. Winning is just one way to get it. I would hazard a guess that Saxon has received more exposure and name penetration than some of teams listed which have won more this year.

Sure, winning counts, but it is not the "only" way to get your sponsors the exposure they are paying for.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

Agreed on the awareness point. Tinkoff is one of those guys who's in it for the ego boost perhaps. 8:1 ratio and last in the win totals has gotta sting a little.

All wins are definitely not equal. Off the top of my head, I can't recall any standout Belkin wins (OC will remind us!) but Martin's LBL is huge and Cance's RSL wins in the classics give them some bragging rights against OPQS. Not sure where FDJ is scoring all their wins.

Saxo-Tinkov was build to win the TdF and even that didn't happen. Quality certainly needs to be look at as much as quantity. FDJ wins a lot of the "lesser" french calendar events.
