Ironically the Vuelta is on in HD, as was the Giro (Sportsnet Canada) but for the Tour I had to make due with live feeds. Mindnumbing commentary though (Universal).

steephill has video links to each stage in hd on demand (after it is fjnished) through the organizers website.
