Good story on Cookson with three important points, The independent commission, women's cycling, and UCI working relationships with WADA and others So far he has been impressive, but we’ll have to wait and see the end result and see if he really can change cycling from top down. http://velonews.competitor.com/2014/01/news/the-first-100-days-ucis-brian-cookson_312457
