A friend almost got run off the road by a MicroSoft "Connector" bus. He contacted the provider and got the following response. "Thank you for your email. We have isolated the driver and will be pulling him from service tonight for retraining. A very large part of our training is being observant of Bicyclists, pedestrians, vehicles, and other conditions affecting our path of travel constantly. Our goal is to be 100% safe and courteous 100% of the time. We apologize for our drivers inattention and close call and will correct the action immediately. Thank you for time. Have a great week."

I had an incident a few months ago where a cab I was behind (driving, not riding) was texting and driving and then purposely cut me off after I indicated he should put the phone down.

I immediately called te cab company, verified his position via GPS and was told that he would be suspended for 2 weeks immediately and any further incidents would result in his firing.

Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!
