A rule is desperately needed against unzipped jerseys. I mean, come on.

At least he wasn't tweeting, texting, or taking a selfie as he crossed the line.

It is the sponsors who are likely miffed.

I'll give him a little slack. He said "Right to the last minute, I didn't believe it was possible." This win is up there with the biggest of his career and he averages about 1 win a year. And getting passed while zipping up; well I think his sponsor would rather have him win.

Now UCI could mandate jerseys that don't unzip completely.

Meh...he won a stage. Last time I looked, DL was a stage race. IOW, he coulda won by MORE and helped his GC standings that extra little bit.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!
