Got up early for a 2+hour mt. bike ride, had breakfast with my wife and younger daughter while perusing the NY Times. Mrs. vtguy is making Indian food for dinner. Older daughter just called. It 's been a perfect day.

Best to all the dads out there.

Did 100 miles. Lack of riding this year made the last ten tough. Last partner turned off at five to go and it is mostly downhill. Father's Day present of good beer, potato chips (I eat them only once or twice a year), and pizza awaited me after downing 2L of water and a shower.
