He bailed from FB sometime back and I don’t have his email. I’m in his city for a few days, it’d be cool,to catch up with him.

There was an incident between a rock a tree and Dale, which also involved an MTB. The tree won and Dale lost. He seemed fine but not sure it affected the trip or reunion. (The bike was fine).

Nah, the tree/ rock episode was after the attempted meet-up. I was in his city taking care of grandkids while my daughter and son-in-law were on their first trip without kids in 16+ years. I never did meet up with him. We'll connect some other time.

okay. Anybody coming to Orange County, NY, who would like to hook up? There's a great ride by Woodstock (just north, in Ulster) around the Ashokan Reservoir. My son and I often did it for Father's Day. I've slowed down significantly since the first time.

Thanks, nothing a box (two actually) of BandAids couldn't cover up. OC made it sound worse than it was.
