i did a 2 hour mtb ride after work and when i finished i was starving. got home and made a baked potato with mozzarella cheese and sour cream and topped with 3 eggs fried in olive oil. along with a glass or 2 of merlot and then a half a package of fig newtons and a glass of milk. i'm still kinda hungry this morning.
How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.

Last nights post ride meal was an 8 oz. NY sirloin toppped with shrimp scampi. Steamed zucchini and peppers on the side. All washed down with a couple of pints of the local brew. I could have eaten 2 of those steaks.

I had leftover bratwurst and rice with a mango to wash it down.

2 donairs and a pop (orange crush of course) from the "no we're not terrorists" shop around the corner sets me straight.

That or a big plate of pasta.

I usually ride in the early a.m. so post ride nurishment (?) is a scone and a big cup of black coffee.

If I'm being good - I love sushi for a post ride meal. If I don't care (and these days I rarely do) pizza and as many beers as I want works wonders.
