Sadly, Specialized is doing the same to Epix now. I received a letter today from their lawyers- Our logo is in their eyes too similar to their "Epic" MTB frames logo. The text is DIFFERENT. The logo stylization is DIFFERENT. We are not comp
eting for the same clients (apparel vs frames). They are over-reaching, as they did with the Roubaix bike shop. They withdrew that case thanks to social media pressure, and we would be very grateful if everyone could support us in our efforts to fight this!

Specialized announced that the EPIx letter was sent prior to the Roubaix brouhaha and has since been retracted.
Just say "NO!" to WCP!!!!

They should do the same with the companies they have done the same thing to in the past and offer to pay for loses incurred. Their actions in the past flying under most of the radar doesn't make it any more "right".

It is like an alcoholic falling off the wagon. Maybe we need to fly to morgan hill and stage an intervention as S needs to come down of the legal bulldog cracktastic trip they have been on.
Wow. Just crazy in a small little cottage industry.
