My take? Mr. Hernandez should have received 5 years and 15 years parole. That last 10 years of his sentence probably will not improve he outcome when he leaves prison and we tax payers eat it to the tune of a 1/4 million $$s. But one of the conditions of parole is that any alcohol will return him to the slammer for a year. And he has to go to AA meetings.

Nah, throw away the key and let the guy rot in prison. The world can do without this pile of crap. No mercy for killers.
