ASO is pissed at UCI

UCI is pissed at ASO.

Teams are pissed at ASO

Riders are pissed at UCI

Cookson is pissed at Verbruggen for bragging about their secret deal. Verbruggen of course can't keep his mouth shut.

It's promising to be a merry merry 2016 in the pro cycling world. Cheers everyone. Have a good one.

On a personal note, ending with 230 ride days in pocket (about normal), 11,000 kms (first time I crossed the 10k marker in like forever), 170,000 vertical metres climbed (70% more than typical!) and there will be a poor man's go-pro underneath the tree cause I can't see myself riding one-handed over cobbles and snapping pictures with other hand in April :-)

Feels good to be back to normal again...
I'm behind though, what's the verbruggen/Cookson secret deal?

Enjoy the holidays and wish you all a peaceful and adventurous new year.

I hope this does not go like Indy car racing in the US, with separate circuits. Pretty much buried the sport.

had to google the quote:

One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.
J. R. R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring, 1954, chapter 2
