Anti-doping suspensions sold to us as injuries. These silent bans have been hypothesized for years but were never proven until ITF tripped themselves on the Cilic case.

Next question, how often has Nadal been "injured" only to show us his "magic" in subsequent tournaments? And he's hardly the only one.
