Two thoughts: I always thought that to improve my performance, I had to see to it my competitors age the cabbage.

I ate kim chee last night. Should I be expecting a knock from USADA?

Andy, kim chee is like beans. If you eat it all the time, the gas doesn't happen. (Well, with beans, you do have to cook them properly.)

For me, the guaranteed gas agent is good old wheat.
