Saw that. Pretty grisly.

Says a lot about the state of local bike racing, officiating, safety, and the single minded-ness of racers in the middle of an event.

Here's another crashy video. Sharp turn at night across painted lines. Is it the bad course design or riders not respecting the conditions? Total carnage.

going back and forth the same same section of road without some sort of divider seems really stupid on the part of the promoter. Recipe for this disaster, eventually.

I am guessing that fixed gear racing a crit might not be so wise.

Chinook, that corner is bad design. Too many crashes. Lots of white paint on corner. He'll having two flaggers in orange on the corner shows the promoter knew it was a crash friendly section. Crowd there just for blood.
