Seems like a tempest in a teapot.....I highly doubt Horner was firing up blood bags and testo patches for the final stage into Madrid. He would have been tested abundantly during the Vuelta....a surprise test the day after the race ended was not likely to turn up anything suspicious.

Anti-doping is still on the road to nowhere. So that is why I shrug at accusations thrown Horner's way (right or wrong): who cares, it will not make a difference, the Vuelta was entertaining to watch.
