We got sucked into the TempurPedic as well. Have since sold it (wicked hot). We found that we both sleep well on the Marriott beds, and purchased one factory direct.

I have been doing daily meditation for several years and it has helped tremendously.

try some melatonin before bed. kicks in about half an hour later and simulates naturally-occuring circadian rhythms that often get disrupted by bright lights and electronic devices.
