UCI and USAC not wanting to support the USADA ruling. What a surprise. It is well known USAC has covered up positive drug tests and been known to tip off cyclists in advance of drug tests. This goes way back as USAC also kept certain names off lists submitted to the USOC for potential out of competition drug testing before WADA and USADA.
Marty was tipped off several times. Lisa Voight, USAC, kept quiet one of his positive drug tests. You know Lisa the wife of one of the USCF – USAC coaches Craig Griffin. How many more did Lisa keep quite?
USAC is now controlled by a Lance business partner. Steve was hand-picked so no wonder USAC is not jumping on board with USADA |

Rumor has it some of the folks that testified which includes names mentioned by Slipstream are going to get a punishment SOON. Still no mention of the names at USAC that covered up positive drug tests and looked the other way. No mention of at least one doctor that tipped off cyclists about surprise drug test. Maybe one day. |

Millar finally hitting the nail on the head. The UCI knew about the drugs but really never tried to stop it. This was same with the USCF from the beginning of the so called “out of competition” drug testing. It was a publicity stunt from day one. USCF starting with Jerry Lace made sure some cyclists were tested and others were not. If the USCF wanted to show the public/press cycling was clean they tested a bunch of clean cyclists. However the tests avoided certain cyclists and there are plenty of folks that know the names of these cyclists. Jerry Lace finally went to figure skating after cycling. What a perfect place for someone that does not want fair competition.
Going back to 1984 and the man who actually held the bags of blood in the blood boosting affair. Some know his name. He told the story and took the high road only to later be the man later that tipped off cyclists about surprised drug tests and it did it frequently.
More to come… |

So after Jerry Lace was Lisa Voight and the takeover by Thom W which lead to the change from USCF to USAC. Lisa who kept quiet positive drug tests in particular the positive drug test of Marty Nothstein. The same Lisa Voight who later served on an ethics committee of the USOC. Lisa Voight who was married to a national cycling team coach at the time. Lisa Voight who was in charge when Chris Carmichael was head US coach. I am sure neither Lisa, Craig (Lisa’s wife) and Chris knew nothing about Marty testing positive. So many people know about the positive today it is ridiculous. Does EDS also come into play? More soon on the success of Thom W duping enough board members of USCF to turn over the power to USPRO disguised as USAC. More soon on the testing procedures and how USCF/USAC manipulated who was tested and when and of course the actual tester that tipped off Marty and others about the so called surprise drug tests.

More on Marty. Not only did Lisa Voight the wife of US National Cycling Team Coach Craig Griffin know about Marty testing positive so did SEVERAL board members of USCF and USAC. Should be bring up the name Mike Plant, did he know? Not one of board member has stepped forward and said anything about it. What kind of people did USAC have leading cycling in the US? So you think Lisa and crew knew nothing about all this other doping? Drug testing. USAC manipulated the lists of cyclists that they supplied to the USOC for testing. Yes USAC was supposed to provide to the USOC a list of cyclist to test in the out of competition program. However some names were removed from the list when they would leave the country. That was protocol for a period of time. Interesting is that when many returned they were not put back on the list.

Keeping it stateside where we have yet to get to the core of this crap. A short and simple one for today. What do Loren Mooney and Ian Dille have on common?

Time to drop another name? You can read about Dr Dickson in the following article. http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1696&dat=19850110&id=0xIbAAAAIBAJ&sjid=I0gEAAAAIBAJ&pg=6634,1818936 This article goes back to 1984 and the blood boosting of the 1984 Olympics Cycling Team. Dr Dickson was so inclined to tell about this incident. What is does not say is that he actually held some of the blood in his own hands. He was in the room and did not stop it but again he could tell about it after he watched. So who cares right? Well Dr Dickson later performed drug testing for the USCO. Here is one for you. A day or two before a Friday night race in Trexlertown Dr Dickson calls the wife of Marty’s coach and asks her to be a volunteer for the “surprise” drug testing that will be conducted on Friday. Marty in all the years racing on Friday nights does not show up for the race. Later he claimed to have food poisoning. In his own home town on a SPECIAL night featuring sprinters Marty gets sick. And then we see the coach’s wife as one of the volunteers. So this one seems trivial to you? More to come – EDS coach, AIS (Australian Institute of Sport), Dickson and they all relate.

USAC finally doing something now as if this was all a surprise. USAC knew about this and never did anything to try and stop it. It was tolerated, overlooked, ignored and yes even promoted by USAC with their efforts NOT to catch certain dopers. If USAC stepped up to the plate YEARS ago doping would not have reached the level it did in particular with a US Based Team US Postal Service and the following teams that were based out of the US. USAC dropping Lances name for jr development. Why does the VeloNation version of the story not include this? > US Postal Service team owner Thom Weisel. ... Weisel still serves as chairman of the USA Cycling Development Foundation board.< When will Thom step down? VeloNation please interview people around USAC and ask that questions. But keep in mind when you are talking to Steve Johnson you are talking to a puppet of a certain mafia in cycling.

” Tygart said. “A lot of them never wanted to cheat, but they’re put in a culture where they feel it’s the only way they can win. Thank you Jerry Lace for not wanting to catch the cheats. Thank you Jerry Lace for the publicity stunt of the so called out of competition drug testing. You never wanted to catch the cheats you only wanted to make it look like you were. Thank you Lisa Voight for keeping quiet the positive drug test of Marty Nothstien. Thanks for temping others to take drugs to try and compete. Thanks Lisa for screwing the clean cyclists and turning your head away from the problem. Thanks for giving in to EDS and allowing Dr Dickson to tip off certain cyclists and not do anything about it. Thanks for then allowing Thom W and gang come into USCFs house and allow that drug culture to blossom and grow. You knew it was wrong. You damaged the sport. So many clean cyclists will never be vindicated. Thanks Steve Johnson for turning a blind eye and screwing so many clean athletes. Thanks for the culture that pressured many to take drugs that never would have if you would have actually wanted to stop drugs it in cycling. Steve is a puppert of Thom. Why is Thom still on the USCF BOD? Thanks to Thom W for infiltrating cycling and your attempt to ruin the sport of cycling. Och knew and did not try to stop it.

Is this a joke? Steve knew about the doping. Thom paid for the doping. Read the quote in Velonews below… >Johnson, who is a friend and former teammate of U.S. Postal Service team owner and USA Cycling Development Foundation board member Thomas Weisel, said that cycling had made significant strides in its fight against doping. “First and foremost, it should be clear to everyone by now that doping will not be tolerated in this sport, that dopers will be discovered and that a decision to engage in doping is senseless.<

No enough yet, let’s look at Dr Dickson. The USOC hired him to conduct drug testing at events and cycling was certainly one of the sports. How far was his reach? Faxes from his house reached as far as Australia. Faxes that landed at the AIS. You know the Australian Institute of Sport. Faxes that outlined upcoming “surprise” drug testing at races in the US. Well over a month in advance. Not only did faxes outline which event the so called surprise drug tester would appear but which specific races would be tested. At the Velodrome race the next month drug testing went down as outlined in one of the faxes that landed at the AIS. Dr Dickson tipped off certain cyclists about this upcoming test again! This was not his first or last time he tipped off certain or perhaps select cyclists. Speaking of the USOC there were aware that NGBs like cycling were not providing the most accurate lists of names to be tested yet they did nothing about it. The USOC continued to allow USCF/USAC to keep getting away with allowing certain cyclists to dope. It was an uneven playing field. They knew it and did nothing about it.

Why the anonymous? Because some of us will suffer consequences. I don’t believe that means anything like a suspension or anything like that but there is still fallout to consider. We are far from over here and plenty more names will be added to the list of cheaters we have seen to date. At one time being clean and speaking up about it resulted in severe consequences. A lot of riders suffered. Some were told they were not good enough because they were second or third best against a doper. Some left the sport broke and disheartened. There still needs to be a look at USCF and USAC. Why has no one gone after them yet? Jerry Lace, Lisa Voight and Steve Johnson. Thom is still on the board of directors. The joke is still on the clean athletes here. All the attention is still on the UCI when right under our nose there was a culture from the NGB that allowed dopers to get away with cheating. Thankfully some are pushing through this and hopefully sooner than later we will hear from more. We still need more guys like this taken from Cycling News interview notice he is threatened but he leaves it with, “I’ll risk it.” Unequivocal about his anti-doping stance, Kittel even answered a critical Tweet from another user, who suggested, "Don't you think it's better to shut your mouth. Cycling history always turns back 2 people like you." The German responded: "Not anymore! I'll risk it!" We are far from over.

Howman: ‘Zero tolerance just leads to Omerta all over again’ If zero tolerance is implemented for the past then cyclists Marty Nothstein could not work in the sport anymore. Lisa Voight should never have a job involved with Sports. Jerry Lace should also be out. Steve Johnson should be immediately made to resign for being aware of the doping but turning a blind eye. Thom W should be immediately kicked off the USAC BOD. Craig Griffin being the wife of Lisa Voight should not be able to work with cyclists. And of course Chris Carmichael who said he was Lance’s coach and who once paid a cyclist out of court to keep quiet about drugs should be removed from the sport in all capacities. Floyd had at least 3 different people claim to be his coach like Robbie Ventura and Allen Lim. Mike Plant who was just one of several BODs who knew about Marty testing positive but did nothing about it. Och should be booted. Several involved with SlipStream including Jonathon. Christian would not be allowed back into racing. They should all be removed from the sport? Then you have statements like this Chauner calls for USA Cycling to invest in fighting doping Yeah right. You think they will implement themselves? USADA was necessary because they were not IN on the doping. USAC KNEW ABOUT DOPING AND WAS INVOLED. They will not point fingers at themselves. We still have a long way to go but investigating USAC NEEDS TO HAPPEN

Under the USOC Dr Dickson was conducting surprised drug tests but as many know it was not a surprise or some cyclists. The faxes and other forms of communications from Dickson sometimes were very specific. He would be showing up at a certain event but only testing a specific race. He was so specific Marty Nothstein would actually show up and not race the sprint or keirin event. If the sprint even was being tested Marty would not ride in the sprints. If the keirin even was being tested he would not ride in the Keirin. Interesting thing is that Marty never sat out a sprint or a Keirin only did he do this when Dickson was there conducting testing. USCF was aware of this (Lisa Voight and National Cycling team coach Bek). Bek, Voight/USCF and the USOC turned a blind eye to this obvious event to support a cheater. This was all under Carmichael as being the overall national team coach. Also Lisa’s husband was a national team coach. EDS was also informed about the test. EDS infiltrated the home of Dr Dickson. How did they do that? EDS coach Skip Cutting was the EDS coach. He knew about Dickson tipping off cyclists. He did nothing about it other than to inform certain cyclists about the next surprised drug test. As the first post in this series mentions USCF/USAC NOT JUMPING ON BOARD. As you all have seen they have done the absolute minimal effort in all of this. USAC is not investigating hence the absolute need for a USADA. Thom is still on the board. Johnson is still on with USAC. No one has called Lisa Voight or Jerry Lace. They are all going off into the sunset. Who is calling out Lance’s coach? Remember the ads in all of the cycling publication about who is Lances coach? Track and field has taken action against some coaches involved with athletes and drug and they are no longer allowed to be involved with track and field. You think USAC will do that. USAC COVERED UP POSITIVE DRUS TESTS. So here we are today and fingers are pointing at only a few. This is not even close to the problem and that is the problem of a drug culture that was allowed, built and tolerate by certain coaches and NGBs. Even the USOC needs to be investigated yet no one is doing this. If USAC was doing what Australia is doing heads would roll. For now those heads are just hoping this goes away and they are never found for who and what they really are.
