Thursday, June 11, 2009 Basso out of Dauphine by VeloNation Press at 8:48 PM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling, Critérium du Dauphiné   Liquigas team leader Ivan Basso pulled out of the Dauphine Libere today with a fever, his team announced. Basso had struggled on Thursday's stage up Mont Ventoux to finish the stage in 35th making him 30th in the overall standings.
