After Monday’s big battle in the Amsterdam Six which resulted in Kenny De Ketele and Gijs Van Hoecke (Deelen Verswaren) opening a one point lead over Dutch rivals Nick Stöpler and Yoeri Havik (AA Drink), things changed around yesterday when Boretti duo Leif Lampater (Germany) and Raymond Kreder (Netherlands) bounced back from third.
Starting the day ten points behind, the duo ended the racing at the same deficit, but succeeded in gaining a lap. This thrust them into pole position over De Ketele and Van Hoecke, with Dutch rivals Nick Stöpler and Yoeri Havik (AA Drink) sitting third.
Racing continues today with another fast and furious session in the velodrome. The action can be watched live here as it unfolds.
