Friday, September 4, 2009 Hermans signs with 'The Shack' by VeloNation Press at 12:37 PM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling   After recently announcing the signing of Gert Steegmans (Katusha) and Sebastien Rosseler (Quick-Step), Dirk Demol and Johan Bruyneel have reached out to a younger Belgian this time, and signed Ben Hermans from the Topsport Vlaanderen-Mercator squad. Hermans, 23, has signed a two-year contract with the American team that will lead the charge for Lance Armstrong's eigth Tour de France win.
