David Arroyo is staying with Caisse d'Epargne, while Daniel Moreno signed a one-year contract with Omega Pharma Lotto (the 2010 name for Silence Lotto).
Moreno will be a welcome domestique for Cadel Evans in his Grand Tour ambitions and also can help Philippe Gilbert increase his one-day races palmarès.
Moreno spent four years at the Spanish Relax team and the last two years at Caisse d'Epargne. He finished 11th overall in this year's Vuelta a España and is a strong mountain rider. He also finished second overall in the Tour of Poland this year.
Arroyo also signed a one-year contract, but opted to stay with the Spanish team around Alejandro Valverde, according to Biciciclismo.
Arroyo has been with Caisse D'Epargne since 2005. He started out his career with ONCE in 2001 and spent 2004 in Portugal, with L.A. - Pecol. The Spaniard finished 11th in this year's Giro d'Italia and 13th in the 2007 Tour de France.
