Friday, July 25, 2008 Former yellow jersey man among non-finishers by Agence France-Presse at 12:54 PM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling, Tour de France   Former race leader Romain Feillu of the Agritubel team was among three riders to finish the Tour de France 19th stage outside the time limit on Friday. Feillu, German champion Fabian Wegmann and Spaniard Juan Antonio Flecha all finished at 28 minutes adrift of France's stage winner Sylvain Chavanel.
