Sunday, June 29, 2008 Boom wins Dutch road race by Agence France-Presse at 11:24 AM EST   comments Categories: Pro Cycling   Lars Boom, of the Rabobank team, was on Sunday crowned Dutch road race champion after finishing two seconds ahead of teammate Koos Moerenhout and Steven de Jongh here. Boom, 22, of the Netherlands, is the reigning world cyclo-cross champion.
