Dick Pound's replacement at the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Chairman John Fahey, has discussed the possibility of going after cyclists Floyd Landis should he be found guilty of doping at the 2006 Tour de France.
Already upset with the International Cycling Union's lack of financial support in the cause, the WADA is looking to recover the estimated 1.3 Million dollars it has taken to prosecute the case.
Landis continues to proclaim his innocence and is now looking to proceedings with the Court of Arbitration for Sport to clear his name.
