Frenchman Thomas Damuseau will be joining the Dutch Skil-Shimano squad as a stagiaire starting next month. The gifted climber who hails from Grenoble is considered to be one of the most promising up-and-comers in his country. Damuseau rode impressively in important under-23 races this season, finishing just off the podium in fourth place in this year’s edition of Liège-Bastogne-Liège and securing seventh in the Giro delle Regione stage race in Italy. The 21 year old's performances this season come after a solid 2009 where he won the U23 Loire-Atlantique tour riding for Chambery Cyclisme. He marks the second stagiaire to join Iwan Spekenbrink’s team, alongside Dutchman Ronan van Zandbeek.
